PRICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN OUR HOTEL WIESL

Prices for person/day and halfboard‍

We would like to point out that the surcharges listed below must be added to the above prices (i.e. short-stays, single room surcharge and use of double as single room etc.)‍I

INFORMATIONEN:

• For bed and breakfast is granted a discount of 8 Euro, or a surcharge for halfboard of 15 Euro per day
• Please note our fixed prices for children
• The fixed prices for children are only valid in the parents' room, if a separate room is required for children, we will be happy to provide you with a detailed offer.
• surcharge for double rooms + 22 euros per dayDogs are only permitted by prior arrangement.
• For dogs we charge 14 euros per day; we ask for your understanding that they are not allowed in the dining room and we expressly point out that dogs are not allowed in Zirbelkiefer natural wood rooms.
• Short stays 1 day: + 12 Euros up to 3 days + 7 Euros

NB: in case of early departure, the booked days will be charged minus the meals.

Your booking is considered binding as soon as you have received a written confirmation from us by e-mail, fax or post and your deposit of 300 Euro of the total amount (please indicate Angeld/CAPARRA) has been credited to our account. Cancellation conditions:

Please inform us in good time if you have to cancel your vacation. Cancellations received up to 60 days before the day of arrival will not incur any cancellation fees. In the event of later notification or arrival, early departure or non-arrival, 30% of the agreed price will be charged up to 40 days and 100% after that. The deposit/caparra will not be refunded. You will receive the same value in the form of a vacation voucher valid for 1 year, after which it expires.you are welcome to pay your bill in cash by EC card, credit card or Mastercard

Guest Pass

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
